Orders and Returns


When you make a purchase at www.msidonia.com, you must registered your email address. All customers will have a confirmation email sent directly to the registered email address. Please make sure this is entered correctly when you register as mSidonia will take no responsibility for customers not receiving correspondence. The amount payable for each order shall be obtained from the bank account linked to the method of payment chosen by the customer. If the customer requests a order cancellation once the economic transaction has been approved, the customer must contact us through our contact form indicating the reasons of the cancellation. Once the cancellation has been approved, we will refund your money via the original form of payment.

The user who buys products on the website www.msidonia.com agrees to pay at the time of confirming the purchase. Payment of the products and shipping charges may be made via Pay Pal, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro) and Bank Transfer. The purchase price of the goods and shipping costs are debited to the user´s current account at the time of order confirmation. In a maximum of 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation, mSidonia will send to the user, via email, a confirmation of purchase, including your order number. Such confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but as a proof of purchase only. The invoice for the purchase made, shall be forwarded to the client with the Product or by e-mail if the customer requests it. The credit card fraud is a crime, and mSidonia will prosecute against anyone who made a fraudulent transaction in our store www.msidonia.com.

Returns and Exchanges

On the rare occasion an item is out of stock, we will sometimes put your order status to 'awaiting stock', you will be notified by mSidonia via email or telephone and you have the right to cancel the item you are awaiting.

Refunds are issued between Monday & Friday and your postage charges will only be refunded if all items from your order are unavailable for shipping. We advise customers to double check all the information they submit to mSidonia and to make sure this information is correct and accurate before confirming the order. If you've made a mistake, let us know as soon as you can and we'll try out best to amend the incorrect details. Please note if your order has been shipped and the details you have provided are incorrect, mSidonia will not be held responsible and we will not be held liable for refund the product/s and shipments costs.

According to Law 7 / 1996 of January, 15th, of Retail Trade, users benefit from the guarantee offered by mSidonia signature. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of items or damage by normal use of those not included in this warranty, nor, defect, or the incorrect use of the washing instructions, which come in every garment.

According to Article 44 of Law 7 / 1996 of Retail Trade, the user will have a time of seven (7) working days, according to the official calendar of place of residence to return the order, counting from the date of delivery there of pursuant to. For this purpose, the User must send the product in perfect condition with its original package, including everything that has been sent and tags in perfect condition, to the address mSidonia, Calle de Mellilla 53B, 6ºB, 28005, Madrid, Spain. Change is possible of one product for another, but only if the desired product is available. The shipping cost of the merchandise return is paid by the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect.

mSidonia reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases: When the refund application is filled partially or contains errors. When the refund application is submitted late, after a period of 7 days from delivery. When the item is not returned by using the original packaging, labels are not included on the returned item, the product is disrepair or has been used. When the package has not been facilitated to the shipping company, once the refund procedure has been approved. Once we receive the package in good condition, and following the instructions above, mSidonia shall issue and send a voucher in the amount corresponding to the product or products bought within 3-5 working days.
